Amir paya Tejarat Qeshm Trading Company was registered in Qeshm Island with registration number 4968 in 2014 in the field of general trading.
The first branch of the company was established in this area.
Goals and values:
Due to the history of activity and experiences of the founders of this company as a sales representative of famous foreign home appliances such as Siemens and Samsung during the early years of their activity and gaining credit in the home appliance market, the goals and views of the board members of the company have been to supply and distribution of marketable goods with reputable domestic and foreign brands and cooperation with reputable domestic and foreign home appliance companies.
In this regard, the founders of the company have always tried to maintain their relations with the Middle East representatives of the production and distribution companies of kitchen appliances, which are generally based in Dubai and Istanbul, by attending in Qeshm Free Zone and participating in related exhibitions, despite the import restrictions in this field.
Working process
Since 2018, the second branch of the company was established in Isfahan province by obtaining a sales representative from Alton Company (producer of gas stoves – hoods – ovens).
Now
Currently, the company has a central office in Azad Qeshm, which is in charge of the administrative and tax affairs of the company, and also provides and gives advices in business field and to import of goods to applicants, and also has a central office in Isfahan province, which works It distributes kitchen equipment mainly in the household appliances market and also has two retail stores in Isfahan province
In the summer of 2021, with the aim of branding and developing its business, the company registered the brand by the name of NEZHO under the registration number 397324 and has entered into a cooperation agreement regarding the design and production of the product after studying outsourcing for production. It has worked with a design and production group named Donya Tejarat Gostar Pasargad for the production of hoods and ovens under the NEZHO brand. After the design process, it is currently in the sampling stage. According to the company’s assessment this brand will be reached to final production in the middle of 2023.
In addition, the aforementioned production group owns a brand called AVILA, which is being produced and sold and from the very first days of this cooperation, this group proposed to participate in this brand with Amirpaya Tejarat Qeshm, explaining that the product distribution channel is taken over by Amir paya Tejarat. Qeshm and now this product is in marketing and selling stage.
The company’s short-term view:
We hope to launch the NEZHO brand with different design and quality in 4 product groups: oven-stove-hood-sink in middle of 2023.
Long-term vision of the company:
Due to the technological distance of domestic household appliances with the products of well-known foreign companies, as well as the lack of up-to-date and durable parts in the domestic market, our company’s future plan is to design in-house and outsource for OEM-OCM.
It should be done in other countries that are valid in this field and we are trying to achieve this demand and have taken steps.
